A local B. C. Conservative candidate running on a platform of honesty and accountability in government says he doesn't think past actions that resulted in him being fired as an investment adviser and having his license suspended should cause voters to question whether he's a trustworthy person.
Eddie Petrossian, Conservative candidate in West Vancouver-Capilano, was suspended by the Investment Dealers Association of Canada and fined $30,000 in 2005 for what a hearing panel at the time described as mail fraud.
