Why is it that most urban municipal councils approve densification with little or no concern about traffic ramifications?
Perhaps it's because they can get away with it.
There needs to be a shift in what developers pay regarding infrastructure after they make their money.
Why should area residents and all residents for that matter pay for these traffic upgrades after the development is built and the developer has left the community?
Naysayers of this blog will say....another NSN letter from an unhappy citizen.
If the issues are not addressed, traffic on the North Shore will exponentially increase to the detriment of the people who live here now.
I thought the North Van City is promoting and Density and want people out of their cars, where is the transportation in this area, 9 storey towers are unacceptable!!
